I need help!

I'm getting this message since yesterday "Cannot Create Another POP Account", "Your reseller has reached his/her assigned limit"

Just be clear I'm the admin on DA and every user account is under my controll. As I know (and see) my setting is unlimited for POP accounts. Anyway I tried to delete a few unused e-mail addresses and add new but this message coming up again and again.

Is it possible the mail settings causing this? We are going to move the email service from this server so here's some details:
- Server hostname: ws.mydomain.com
- Default domain for DA: mydomain.com
- We have moved all @mydomain.com account to an another server and changed the MX records. Also in the domain on DA "Use this server to handle my emails." is unticked and mail.mydomain.com is redirected to the another server.

Any help will be appreciated.

Well the message is pretty clear, you need to contact your Hosting Provider for your reseller limit.

Regards

Thanks for your reply. The only problem is I am the hosting provider, this is my server and I installed DA on it. As I mentioned I am the admin on DA. :)

Ok, sorry, missread :)

You sayd you send all email to another server, the other server has directadmin too?

Maybe also provide correct domain would be nice to investigate if your dns are correct.

You sayd you have already check if your admin user have unlimited pop account, so, have you check directadmin logs and disk free space?

Regards

You should make sure, that the user facing the issue has unlimited for POP accounts as well.

If both a reseller and a user have unlimited for POP accounts, and the issue still persists, then you might need to read directadmin logs, and maybe even to run Directadmin in a debug mode and see it's output in root console.
