Cannot Create Domain

When I try to add a domain it keeps saying
"Cannot Create Domain"

Details
Domain already exists

But the domain is not there.

I added that same domain and removed it after 5 minutes and Now I cant seem to add it.

Are you using multi-server? If so look at this thread and afterwards upgrade to the latest version of DA to fix the bug.

Note that removing a domain probably doesn't remove the DNS zone file, which may be in /var/named.

If the zone file exists DA presumes the domain exists.

If you're sure you deleted the domain and can't readd it, try removing the zone file.
