cannot create new mailaccount

Hello,

I want to add a new mail-account via the DirectAdmin control panel. However, the only options that I can see in the Email section are :

- Catch all email
- Autoresponders
- Spamassassin Setup
- MX Records.

Normally there should be a POP3 button, or a button "create account", but I don't seem to have these.

Anyone an idea ?

Does this user has more than 0 POP3 accounts in his setting?
 
Depending on which skin your hosting company is using you may see clickable text (it may not be underlined so it may not be clickable) saying something like E-Mail Accounts. If so, try clicking on it. If not, check with your hosting provider.
