cannot delete files

I try to delete joomla files but it cannot delete . How I can do this ?

Use ssh or ftp or ask your hosting provider to delete them for you.

How are you deleting them, or trying to delete them?
Probably a file(s) ownership issue.

If your server is running PHP as an apache module the files are created by user apache. Aside from obvious security risks, this causes ownership issues. You can use a php program run from the browser to delete these files, or you can discuss the issue with your provider.
