Cannot find server or DNS Error

Noob question..

A few of my website visitors have complained about the webpage not loading, they are given a Cannot find server or DNS Error page. I have talked to my server admin a few times but he has always told me that this could be users setups Im not really sure how to solve this problem on my own, i was given this server space as an offer last month so i am still getting the hang of things, im using front page 2000 to build my site. Your page loads fine here.

Unfortunately Microsoft has seen fit to disable the helpful error messages returned by the webserver and replace it with a rather unhelpful one of their own.

No matter the reason, Microsoft returns:

Cannot find server or DNS Error

So since that's not the real error mesage, no one's going to know why they're getting it.
