cannot generate let's encrypt cert for domain

I filled following info for a domain


When I clicked save, it return "Cannot Execute Your Request"

[I remove my ip address of intalentlara.com.hk]
Please make sure /.well-known alias is setup in WWW server.


did i miss some other configuration for let's encrypt to work ?
I added following two line in directadmin.conf only
letsencrypt=1
enable_ssl_sni=1
