cannot get messages via pop3

Some accounts get not get messages via pop3.
Thew mail is only readable via imap or webmail.

All the settings are correct in outlook, it wil look to the server but gett no messages also no errors.

When that's happened to us in the past we found it was usually a problem with a bad header, probably in a spam email, stuck in the mailbox.
