Hello, 3 days fighting with it and no result. I need help.
During DA installation, I've typed domain.com
Then I added another one, domain2.com
Entered estdomains registrator, into Managed DNS records, A Records, and wrote:
ns1.domain2.com --> ip x.x.x.67
ns2.domain2.com --> ip x.x.x.68

servers ip --> x.x.x.66

In the DA panel did the following:
2. Create the nameservers.
Switch to your Reseller panel (near top right of screen) and click the Name Servers icon. If there happen to be any nameservers currently listed, delete them first by placing checkmarks next to them and clicking the "Delete Nameservers" button.
Place checkmarks next to any two IP addresses and then click the "Create Nameservers for" button,selecting the domain you want the nameservers for.
3. Tell DirectAdmin that these will be the primary nameservers.
Switch back to the Admin panel and click Admin Settings. Make sure the NS1/NS2 fields are accurate, and then click "Save."

When trying to ping ns1, ns2 - no result. Help pls. Ths in advance

I will not pretend to be able to answer your question, but (similarly to Jeff Lasman's always appropriate comments), your domain name(s), nameserver(s), and IPs are meant to be public information if anyone is going to be able to reach your server; as such, you need to tell us what they are so people here can attempt to help you.

Just my 1 and 1/2 cents worth.

Have you read DirectAdmin's DNS guide? It is located at http://www.site-helper.com/dns.html

Regardless, I do not understand what you mean when you wrote, "Entered estdomains registrator, into Managed DNS records, A Records". This does not sound like something that you do in the DA panel. Are you talking about registering your nameservers with your domain registrar? But even that does not sound like it to me, considering that your domain's 'A' records would be managed by you in DA.

My opinion remains that you need to give us more information in order to help you.

ok

Yes, meaning estdomains registrator, I meant simply REGISTRATOR.

my domain names are:
flykoo.com - second one
flyheat.com - main domain

ns1,2 - are going to be with flykoo.com

what that info tells?
nothing I think

thank you

Are you on your own box? And are you the admin in your DA panel?

If so, and if you are managing your own DNS, your DNS records appear to significantly incomplete.

Currently, from flykoo.com:

flykoo.com. 10800 IN NS ns1.hqhost.net.
flykoo.com. 10800 IN NS ns0.hqhost.net.

and from flyheat.com:
flyheat.com. 10800 IN NS ns0.hqhost.net.
flyheat.com. 10800 IN NS ns1.hqhost.net.

Those entries need to read ns1.flykoo.com and ns2.flykoo.com instead of ns0 and ns1.hqhost.net in your DNS settings for both of your domains, according to how you said you wanted to use them.

And for those to work, you're also going to need to enter A records for those nameservers in your flykoo.com DNS settings - for example,
ns1.flykoo.com. 10800 IN A 1.2.3.4
ns2.flykoo.com. 10800 IN A 1.2.3.5

The IP addresses above, 1.2.3.4 and 1.2.3.5, need to be replaced with whatever IP(s) you were given, although it appears that you have both domains on the same IP number (80.77.92.91).

After you do that, then you can go back to your registrar (I see that it is estdomains.com) and then register those name servers with them.

You have a lot of other DNS issues to resolve, but start with these.

As I suggested before, have you read DirectAdmin's DNS guide?

However --- if you are not the admin on your box, then forget what I wrote above; you need to check with him/her then.

If you are on a VPS, I'm not the one to help, inasmuch as I do not know how DA works on those.

Hope that helps you some.

Hello, I'm an admin, and I've done all that staff. I mean, writing DNS A records, but the problem is, I can't write these new ns1,2 to flykoo, flyheat domains names. Estdomains say the ns doesn't exist.

Sounds to me that either you are not following their instructions properly for entering your name servers or that they are managing your DNS. I would recommend that you check with them.
