Cannot install PHP5

I've installed DA on FreeBSD 6.2 (jail) before - it was all right.

Yesterday, when I've installed DA on the same server (but another jail), there was no php5. The pages were shown as source code. I tried to install onto another server - the result was the same...

What's maybe wrong?

Just now I've checked - there're the same troubles in the 1st installation type (apache 1.3, php4 etc)...
