Cannot log in

Hi, I cannot log into direct admin to access my email settings etc...for the last 3 days I have not received email from my website. I have checked and triple checked my log in details and my web hosting company is able to log in no problem!! When I enter my log in details the page loads and returns with both fields blank!!
HELP!

Only your hosting company can help you because only your hosting company has access to the server. We're a user-based self-help community for DirectAdmin administrators. If your hosting company has no idea what to check they can simply try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, they can post questions here and we can try to help them.
