Cannot receive emails with large attachments

Cannot receive emails with large attachments but the
mailbox size is set to unlimited, for the meantime I have asked them to archive old emails.

The total disk space is still large.
-please advice

not sure if this is for both incoming & outgoing or just outgoing

Not sure about new installations of directadmin, but where might be 5Mb limit for incoming emails in Email Filters on user level http://site-helper.com/email.html#filters
