Cannot receive mails.

I've a problem about receiving mails.

An error returns and says "All deliveries are deferred"

Please help.

/var/log/exim/main_log

There is a log like below, its same for all.

There is OpenProtect installed on the server. All services are seem running.

What would i do.

Please run openprotect-sendstats and send us the log.

Also, try disabling openprotect by running openprotect-disable and see whether exim delivers the mails properly.

There is no openprotect-sendstats command. I've disabled openprotect and the problem was solved. But i still don't know why openprotect rejects mails.

There is a log like below in exims paniclog file.

That's normal. ain't the problem.

Check your openprotect logs!

Do you know where the log files. There is only install, switch and uninstall log files under /var/log/openprotect and the exim logs are not helpful.

For normal Exim, you can generate a .redirect file in your /root (make sure it's readable by the user running Exim) where to let these e-mails go .

How can all mailboxes be deferred, i can't understand.

I know this is an old post, but this started happening on my servers running openprotect as well. I'm contacting their support to try to find a solution, but if the originator of this topic is still around and found a solution, would love to hear it
