Cannot remove/add a TXT record from DNS Management

Hello,

I cannot delete or add a TXT record from DNS Management, nor does it show any errors. with the other records; A, MX, NS etc, they work smoothly.

Hi,

I'm trying but it doesn't work, I just refresh the page but the changes were not modified, I tried removing/adding a new custom TXT but it does nothing.

looks like file has typo, so server ignores it because it broken. Check from SSH console it.
 
If you do not have access to ssh you could also delete the entire zone and add it again. Make sure you write down all the previous values so you can add then all again.
 
The same happens with all accounts, the strange thing is that the rest of the records works well, only the TXT does not respond.

looks like you have custom template, because this has "~all" and zonefile with "-all"
 
Solution: MAKE SURE you then revert your named.db back to having the |TXT| token after, else TXT records won't be able to be added through DA.
