cannot send info to customer

In reseller level, creating new user, system sends a blank email to customer and reseller email

choose user, tried to use Resend Welcome E-Mail feature, and saw the error

You must have to, subject and message

I am on CentOS 4 with DA 1.25.5. is there any idea?

Make sure that the welcome email template is setup properly (and exists).

well.... it's just a new machine. I have nerver touched to templates yet
