howdy all,
I have an interesting problem on my server, a customer reported to me that they are getting an e-mail problem, that i just cannot isolate.
If they send an e-mail to anyone outside of their domain, even on the same server the mail is passed off and get's deliverd. If anyone sends them an e-mail ( same thing as above either from the same server, or elsewhere ), they also get it.
However if they send an e-mail from the domain, to another user on the domain it never get's delivered to the person it was sent to. You do see it in the "sent items" so we know it went. They are using the web interface, here so it's sits on squirrelmail.
I have looked at permissions, group memberships, owners of files... etc... they all match up with good settings, and i even verified them with my domain's info ( of course substituting their group membership info there )... Still nothing !
Has anyone seen this before, or got an idea where to start looking to resolve this ?
