It seems that my incoming port 110 is working fine but when I try to send mail on port 25 it won't connect to the server. Basically I can't send any email. Can someone help me out with this.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.hostphenom.com', Server: 'mail.hostphenom.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
It is dovecot if that makes a difference and I am the system's administrator. My other users aren't having that problem only myself.
