Cannot set Safe mode and Open BaseDir

I have noticed in last version of DirectAdmin 1.48.3 that button for setting Safe Mode and Open BaseDir is missing in page (CMD_PHP_SAFE_MODE). You can only select domains but cannot do anything else. There is no button only "With Selected"

What version of PHP you have installed and what version of custombuild you used for this?

I'm using PHP 5.3 with suphp and CustomBuild 2.0
