Cannot Upgrade License

hi,
one of my server with monthly license had a directadmin that cannot upgrade license because cannot reach license server. Someone know if there a re a way to download license from another server and transfer to the new? I already send 3 mail to support in these days weithout answer and now directadmin don't work because say "license expired.

These are my test:

If i try to download by script:

Can i upgrade license in other way?

I would keep trying, the keyserver is www.directadmin.com and so is this forum, so the server is accessable, why your server can't reach it is what I would be looking into. Was it able to update the license before? If not, make sure port 443 is allowed out in your firewall, since that appears to be how it is updating your license. Also edit your post to not include your license info, that is not a good idea.

firewall is ok (other server in same lan can reach directadmin server and this server started to give problem only this month) .

The problem seems that there are a problem in one router from my server to directadmin server and this problem still for other 1 week.

My request is if there is a way to upgrade manually license, but da support continue to ignore my emails :mad:
 
The only way I know of to update is from the DA server.

Have you tried a traceroute from the server failing to connect to the DA Server? From one on the same network that can connect? A comparison of the two traceroute will tell you where the problem is on the 'net.

By any chance have you changed any IP#s?

Does the server have connection failure problems with any other server or 'net destination?

i solved assigning new ip (in same subnet) and buyng new license .19 seems the only ip banned for showcable peering!

We never experienced connection failure with other peer, it's first time. Our server have 3 carriers (we are european) but seems that only way to reach DA server is throught showcable and it banned for some reason only this ip.

I have over 60licenses of directadmin and we're happy with this control panel, but for this time i must said only: "i got very bad supporto from DA" infact all my 4 email sent was ignored. i know that is not directly da problem, but a simple mail with "no there are no other way to upgrade license.." or "is not directly da problem" i think it would have been appreciated!

Hello,

FYI, use "tera-byte.com" for ping/traceroutes for a more accurate result. We have imcp/ping blocking on directadmin.com. Tera-byte.com is in the same datacenter so should be good enough to find blockages.
