can't access accounts in my server

Hi
I just installed fresh directadmin successfully

But I can't access accounts in my server via IP like this

http://ip/~username/index.html
http://ip/~username/

nor domains names

in /etc/hosts

ip username.com

httpd and named are running and I can access Directadmin via port 2222 normally

when I put only Ip in the browser it shows "Apache is functioning normally"

Any idea ?

I managed to make it work with Ip but the domain name is still not working

the DNS is set and there is A record

I don't know the problem
