Can't access from email app

Hi,
I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird, updated, and everything was working good. But, on December 25th, unable to reach the emails with the app!!! Going directly on Rondcube is working, but with the app, I'm having a message saying that it's unable to reach the server. Tried to change the servers, but no result.
Any help please...

Hello I'm sorry.
It seems like you're a hosting customer and this forum is only for support for Directadmin license holders (so admins) with Directadmin problems.

Especially since we can't help you anyway. The reason for this could for example be a firewall block on which prevents you to reach the server or some other reason, which might only be visible in the logs, which only an admin can reach.

So you have to contact your host for support.
