can't access my control pannel

can any advise me ive just order my hosting now all i can access is my account it says status-completed but i can't get access my control panel either by domain name or the ip shown in getting started section does any one know why?

Unless you're admin of a DirectAdmin server, you're hosting in the wrong forum; this should be posted as a user-level difficulty.

You should search these forums for other posts on this issue; perhaps a search for "2222" (without the quotes) will give you some infomation.

In a nutshell, if your host's system is set up properly, then a firewall either on his end or your end of the connection, may be causing the problem.

If you're behind a firewall it must allow bidirectional tcp/ip traffic on port 2222.
