Hi guys!

After a fresh installation of DirectAdmin I cannot create a domain with my main domain which ends to .com, because I'm getting this error: "Sub-domain is forbidden".
However I tried using two other domains of mine (one ends to .hu, the other ends to .cloud) and DirectAdmin lets me create them.

How can I fix this issue? I tried to search on this forum but I haven't found anything...

Sincerely,
Stani

Depends on why you want to do this. If you really want to create a subdomain, just use the subdomain function as nowadays you can also have a custom public_html there.

If you're adding a hostname as a domain, for example if your domain is example.com and you're trying to create server.example.com then you're in the wrong place.
Use DNS administration for that. And if it's the hostname, don't forget to create the hostname directory and chown it to mail.mail afterwards to prevent issues with system mails.
