I am running newest version of custombuild 2.0. When doing ./build versions I notice this "new" item that I don't remember I have seen before:
Latest version of ICU4C: 4.8.1.1
Installed version of ICU4C: 4.8.1.1
However it is not possible to do ./build ICU4C or ./build icu4c - please look into the bug and either remove it from ./build versions or add the code so we can do ./build icu4c - thanks.
