Can't change DNS records...

When I log in as a user from reseller level, I can not make changes to DNS. Everything is grayed out. Anyone know how to get past this to make dns changes in directadmin? Thanks in advance.
 
Does reseller package allow DNS changes? Does user package allow DNS changes?

I'm not sure what you mean by grayed out; I've never seen that; can you post a screen image?
