Hi i've Owned License that bought 4 year ago and during this i have order monthly license for other server too
but problem is after i don't want to use monthly license then when invoice come seems my balance got -29.00$ for monthly free
and now i can't change IP for Owned License becuz of that i create ticket more than 8 hour but no staff answered or take action
so my Owned License can't be use anymore ?
