Cant contact with liberty reserve payment processor server

cant contact with LR server
So API system is not working with LR payment process.
its work fine with cpanelwhm
how can we active that?

I don't know what the LR server is, or where it is, or what it has to do with DirectAdmin, so I don't know how to answer.
