Can't create certificate for subdomains anymore on some domains.

here is the story,
I've got a couple of domains with SSL certificates.
I'm using OLS and Cloudflaire.
On a certain domain, I have a couple of subdomains working with SSL certificates, however when I want to create a certificate for a newly created subdomain, it will not work.

This is the error:
Domain does not exist on the system. Unable to find sub.domain.com in /etc/virtual/domainowners, and domain is not set as hostname (servername) in DirectAdmin configuration. Exiting...

However, the domain itself is working fine and 2 other subdomains too.

I've checked and these are the domains, some have local data set to NO but I'm not sure if that is causing this odd behaviour.


Very important to notice:
that there are 3 subdomains in the DNS setup correctly out of 8. Those 3 domains are the most recent install domains. in fact the third domain is just installed today to test out
I test subdomains for that 3 domains that are correctly set up, and both create SSL with no issues.
When I set up a subdomain for those old domains which are NO LOCAL DATA, give the Error messages to create SSL.
when I chose the subdmain that I need to create SSL for on Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider, "

COULD NOT EXECUTE YOUR REQUEST​

no valid domain found - exiting

all of those domains are on Cloudflare no different except the Server name is on Namecheap as a domain registrar, I am using Direct admin DNS in this case.
and few month I had to create SSL certificate manually for the server name Domain because of the same issue.

How can I fix it so I can create SSL certificates for the subdomains again?

I am suspecting that this issue happened when restored my server. One day like more than 7-8 months ago I restored my Hatzner from back up. well, I am not sure, I am suspecting.

if I restore the server back up would create this issue.

as you see here only 3 domains are showing on the Custom HTTPD, obviously the same 3 emails. someone can help

Problem is fixed by my idea to put the domain into the domainowners so the local data became YES.
@taker18 then fixed the mail issue by checking the MX records.

It's unknown how the domains dissapeared out of the domainowners in between, might have been a restore issue a little while ago.
But if everything is ok, all is fixed now.

Well indeed that was easy fixe thank you @Richard G and hoping to might help others as well.
