Can't Create DB in phpadmin (via DA)

Can't Create DB in Phpadmin, error message:

CREATE DATABASE `abc` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

#1044 - Access denied for user 'abc'@'localhost' to database 'abc'

How to change my DA to accept I add db in phpadmin?

Databases should be created within DirectAdmin itself so that it can effectively manage them.

If you really want to do this and not have the support of DirectAdmin then login with the root credentials or da_admin credentials. If you do not know what they are already then you probably should not be doing it.
