Cant create user / domain on the server

Hello All,

I have a little problem. When i add a user with the name "blabla" DirectAdmin respond with "The user already exits" but there is no user on the server with that username.

If i only try a domainname with a different username than DA respond that the domain already exits on the server.

When i try to restore a backup from a other server to this server then i get the following error message: "You don't have permission to restore user blabla"

The problem does only exits on this user, other users/domains are no problem at all.

Maybe someone can help me out?

Is this a new server?

It sounds like there was a problem with the installation.

You should probably contact DirectAdmin support to see if they can help you figure it out.

The problem is solved! When i removed the username from the files and i removed the domain from the DNS panel it worked properly!
