Can't create user

I can't not create user it show
Error Creating User xxxxx


Details


User Already Exists
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for xxxxx
The home directory for xxxxx was not created.







...but I have not create that user before....so how to resolve it

Check the /usr/local/directadmin/data/users directory and see if there is a directory for that username. If so remove it.

But I can't create any user....not the name problem I have try a lot of username

How about the / partition?

And do you get any errors when you try adding the username via ssh?

useradd username

when I useradd username that it show Segmentation fault
