Can't Creatte MySQL

Hi,
I want to create a database but I have the DA 1.31.0
my hosting is with Penseweb.com and I am the Admin
I also have the "phpmyAdmin" but I don't know the password even not the username. Obviously I tried somes but nothing seems to be working

I NEED HELP

You should try creating databases from user level of your admin account, then tell me whether it works.
