Can't decide on 2x 265's or 2x 850HE's

I'm almost done building my webhostin(DA already purchased)/gaming server

I have 2x 265 940 socket (dual core 1.8ghz)
I also have 2x 850 HE 940 socket (single core 2.4ghz)

I have built a 1u server, both sets of processors work great with the 850's running a little bit cooler due to the 55w vs. 90w

From AMD's documentation it looks like the only difference is the cores, wattage and the 850's have 3/3 hypertransport links where the 265's have 3/1

So is it better to have 4 cores at 1.8ghz or 2 at 2.4ghz? I can't decide - I'm unsure if the additional hypertransport links matter if you are only doing 2x.

For gaming related stuff, I think bus bandwidth matters a lot especially the hypertransport for AMD systems. So the 850 should be a better option IMO.

I might be wrong...please correct me if it's so.
