can't download e-mail

My Directadmin server hosting 3 domain (abc.com, cde.com, efg.com), I send test e-mail to this 3 domain,
abc.com & cde.com can download e-mail in outlook, but efg.com can't download e-mail in outlook.
I login efg.com e-mail account in SquirrelMail, I can see test e-mail in INBOX.

I have reboot all service in control Panel, but can't download e-mail in outlook.

Why cant you download it? What error do you get? Are you using imap or pop3?
