Can't enable suhosin

Hello,

I have custombuild 2.0.0-RC7 (rev: 1111) installed.
I want to enable suhosin. However, When I select suhosin-yes and click save it tells me:
"No changes has been made". When refreshing the page suhosin is back to 'no'.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Forgot to mention: got php 5.5 in php-fpm mode (no second php install)
