can't get a response from support about my licenses

I have two licenses with DirectAdmin. The one I'm using is the wrong one because my data-center went out of business. The license is actually in the name of the datacenter company which does not exist anymore.

However, the one that I own myself I forgot the license number because it was so many years ago and my email system was changed and my current emails don't go back that far (more than 10 years I think).

I've sent many emails to support to get my license number and info. It was a life-time license.

Can someone here help me?

Nobody here will ever provide you with any suitable assistance regarding the matter. We are users and administrators of server with Directadmin and do not know anything of your LID and/or CID. So you need to open a ticket with Directadmin support here: https://tickets.directadmin.com/
