cant get hold of directadmin support

i been trying to contact directadmin for a week.
require a change in my license info to accomodate a migration.

however despite numerous emails, no reply was given.
Anyone facing the same issue? or anyone can help me convey the message?

seems like theres no number to call and the live chat doesnt work, so the only option is email.
 
ALAIK you can login to your 'client' page on DA site and change yourself the old IP address for the new one, you don't need DA support for that, only your ClientID and LicenceID numbers.

By the way, what i need to change is the OS Information in my license.

Sorry, I thought you had the password in addition to the ClientID and LicenseID, without the password ... :(
. . . I thought the same thing hence i did use the URL you mentioned to submit a request. i also used 3 different email addresses to send emails to them yet i still couldnt get hold of them.
We are on weekend, you'll have to wait until Monday to get an answer, I think ...

I have been trying since two weeks ago. :(
been so long and no reply from them despite sending forms and emails.

am almost at my wits end. anyone knows DA people personally please help me drop a message.
 
Is this license yours ? (external license) or is it internal ?(Your server providers).

The license must be owned by you for the staff to change anything.

John/Mark has not replied to me yet, guess its the weekend.
However he has replied to an email sent by my partner to purchase a new license. The thing is, its very complicated regarding the license.

I think i will sort it out with John or Mark, can you help to tell them my email just in case? i will PM your my email address.
 
Please use the forum to PM me your client ID# -- I'll take care of it so you don't even need us in order to modify your licenses. Response times are still less than 12 hours on weekends so I'm not sure what's up.

Also, go into your admin panel into the license info area. If you see a "Internal License" notification that means it is a leased license and is the property of the datacenter/server provider. Only they can modify licenses -- requests by 3rd parties would be rejected.
