i been trying to contact directadmin for a week.
require a change in my license info to accomodate a migration.
however despite numerous emails, no reply was given.
Anyone facing the same issue? or anyone can help me convey the message?
seems like theres no number to call and the live chat doesnt work, so the only option is email.
