The company you have placed your website with uses this control panel. This forum is designed to assist and understand this software.
Your hosting company uses this software and has given you an account, that account is on their computers and the hosting company is the only one that has access to this information.
Contact them, I am sure they will be happy to get your password straightened up for you.
