Can't install directadmin

when I try install from this: http://www.woktron.com/secure/knowledgebase/76/Installation-of-Directadmin-on-CentOS-5-and-6.html but have an error: http://s22.postimg.org/c70603bm9/error.png how can I do to install DA now please help me

Mysql isnt running or installed.

/sbin/service mysqld restart

or

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build mysql d
./build roundcube d

Mysqld is running
[root@server ~]# /sbin/service mysqld restart
Shutting down MySQL. SUCCESS!
Starting MySQL.. SUCCESS!
[root@server ~]#

when I do this command:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build roundcube d

my VPS will overload RAM(full RAM and Swap) in some minute

How much ram does it have? It should never happen.

when did command: ./build roundcube d it take more time and don't complete it show two end line on this: http://s22.postimg.org/c70603bm9/error.png
normal from 400MB RAM to over 3GB RAM and more RAM in swap
