can't login after enable directadmin access port 80

hie there,

i can't login to cp.domainame.com after enable directadmin on port 80 following this guide http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=84

and also try
lynx http://localhost:2222

in server still can't login, all show same message username or password incorect

fyi : mod_proxy already enable by default

how to fix this?

I've got this in my vhost (virtual_host2.conf) and it's working:

<VirtualHost |IP|:80>
   ServerName cp.|DOMAIN|
   ProxyRequests Off
   ProxyPass / http://1.2.3.4:2222/
   ProxyPassReverse / http://1.2.3.4:2222/
</VirtualHost>
