Can't login directadmin panel as admin or user

hallo, i have some trouble
i don't know why, but i can't login to directadmin web panel as an admin or user

when trying to log in the message always appears that the login details that i entered are incorrect.

trying to change password on ssh but it's not fix the problem

can someone help me ?
to explain what should i do

Have you tried another browser/private mode or cleared cookies and web data?
