Can't login ftp account

Hi

For one of my domain, i will give ftp access for my employee.
In user level i've entered my default domain.

http://*.*.*.223:2222/CMD_FTP?domain=domain.com

I've created ftp account.

In FileZilla i've tried everthing to login but noway..

Code: 
Yanıt:	220 ProFTPD 1.3.1 Server ready.
Komut:	USER cagatay
Yanıt:	331 Password required for cagatay
Komut:	PASS ******
Yanıt:	530 Login incorrect.

I've changed the username in filezilla as [email protected] , [email protected]...

I've tried server name as: 11.11.111.111(serverip), ftp.domain.com,

I've tried FTP, SFTP..

It didnt work..

What the reason to hide server name while you provided url to directadmin with clear ip? :)

The ftp user is the main account name or you did created a new ftp user for an existin domain?

You're right. I had forgotten that and now i can't edited my message.. Anyway.

I've got 2 ips but now i've only 1 ip. I can only use *.*.*.223
But as you see in directadmin there is old ip and i cant delete it.

In userlevel i have 3 domains. I've entered one of that domains. And in FTP Management i've created a ftp account. This user will be able to access that domain ftp.

Ok,

regarding the first issue, you need to unassign the IP from admin user, once done you can delete the ip.

Regarding the ftp, the "new" user created will have as username [email protected] with the choosed password.

What will the *.*.*.223 ip's status be? server or owned ?

And will i assing to admin for *.*.*.223 ip ?

The main IP is always "server"

Added IP can either be free, owned,shared.

No reason to assign server ip to admin, he already can use it as is server-shared
