Can't receive mail on roundcube and e-mails don't arrive at gmail

Hi there,

I recently tried to send e-mails through roundcube webmail, from the stichtingdoa.nl domain. They only arrive at an outlook e-mail adress. Not at any gmail e-mail adress (also not in spam etc.)

Sending mails to [email protected] doesn't work, none of these arrive at the this adress.

I am not an IT expert, so I hope you can help me in a step-by-step way!

It looks like your a hosting customer, not an admin. This forum is only for support on admins and resellers of Direcatdmin, not hosting customers.
You should contact your host for support.
