cant renew letsencrypt ssl shows error CAA record

Hi im getting this error

www.dbsnetwork.net was skipped due to unreachable http://www.dbsnetwork.net/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
CAA record prevents issuing the certificate: SERVFAIL

i tried creating a test.txt file and it works http://dbsnetwork.net/.well-known/acme-challenge/test.txt

but still cant create the letsencrypt ssl certificado to that domain name. What you guys recommend?

also i check ssl for mail.dbsnetwork.net and shows:

but if i check another of my subdomains example pagos.dbsnetwork.net

it shows correctly. the ssl is also for mail.dbsnetwork.net but is not working if i check mail.dbsnetwork

The certificate for mail.domain.com looks ok now.

i just created a subdomain mail.dbsnetwork and it works
