Default username length in Directadmin is 10 characters so the name is too long. I presume this is a cpanel backup? Or from a DA server which you changed the username length before. User this command via SSH: Code: /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin set max_username_length 16 service directadmin restart Wait a minute and then try the restore again, should be fine then.
