Can't Restore User by Reseller Backup

I can't restore user it show that You have not permisstion to restore xxxx (XXXX is the username).I want to know how to solve this problem.It's my important client

It looks to me like the allow resellers to backup/restore users feature has been disabled from within the administrator settings in the admin level of DA.

You'd need to contact your admin to see if this is the case.

If so they can restore it or allow you to.

I'm not 100% sure if this scenario produces this error message as it's a global setting not reseller specific and I don't have a DA test box or if the user can restore themselves from their create/restore backups .

I don't fully understand your question.

If you mean WHO does the admin config then thats your hosting company.

If you mean how does the admin config work - then simply put it's the level above your reseller level.

click on the administrator settings option and you'll see it is the fourth option down.

This is probably what is preventing you restoring your users - unless anyone else has some suggestions?
