can't send email

i was unable to send email from time to time, here is the return error

how to do trouble shooting from here? thanks

Hello,

Is that your server saying you need authentication (relay), or theirs? If it's yours then it's possible that you are using popb4smtp and your "time" ran out. You could try checking your email with pop to get your ip added again, or else just setup smtp authentication in your email client.
