Cant send the welcome account

When I create a new account, the welcome email cant been sent.

PS: php work in cgi and suphp.

Does the email actually get sent out by exim? Check your exim mainlog (for me it's /var/log/exim/mainlog). Is the email definately not being sent straight to the user's spam folder?
