Can't start Apache"No space left on device: AH00023: Couldn't create the proxy mutex"

Hello there. I have a problem.

On my VPS, Apache stoped and couldn't start. (If I reboot VPS, I can start ok)

OS: Cloudlinux 6 x64
Apache 2.4
DirectAdmin Custumbuild 2.0

I see log:
