Can't view site.

I have a dedicated server. I have apf firewall installed in the server. I can get access to DA and other sites hosted on my server. But only this one http://www.banglatorrents.com I cant get in. I checked deny_hosts.rules file. My ip is not there. I dont know where else to look now. Please help me somebody.
