At this moment we have a DA 1.31.0 server in use for one of our customers. We control the server at Admin level and our customer has Reseller level.

From version 1.31.0 this reseller cannot edit the option 'catch-all' for his customers. When I edit the option as Admin on the user package this is visible for the User. When the User logs on the DA page he sees it activated and the User can use the function. Only as soon as the Reseller looks at it, the option is deactivated and I, as Admin, see the option deactivated as well.

Could somebody give me help on this?

The server info is :
Compiled for Redhat 9.0
Server Version 1.31.0

Thanks

When you go to modify the reseller is the catch-all option turned on or off?

Login as admin.

Go to "List Resellers"

Click on the resellers name.
Click Modify Reseller.

Then just make sure that the Catch-All Email option has a check by it.

Hello,

Note that the setting is completely tree based. This means that it must be enabled all the way up in order to work.
Make sure it's on for the Reseller account, and then you can check for his Users.

Anothing thing to take note of, is that if it's disabled for the Reseller to give out, the checkbox will not show up in his packages. If he "saves" a package without that checkbox, it becomes disabled for all accounts using it.
Similarly, if the skin he's using is missing the checkbox (not yet added), then it would have the same effect, all accounts would have it disabled.

The option is already enabled in the Resellers "modify screen".

As soon as I log on the Reseller account and goto Manage User Packages the functions with the on/off box is not visible.

@ DirectAdmin Support
I went to the Resellers modify screen, disabled the function and saved it. After that I enabled the function again and saved it. Now I can select the function for the resellers packages and I can use the option to edit the users package that is in use. In user level I can see the function again.

Before the update the function CatchAll was enabled for the Reseller. After the update DA said it was enabled but it wasn't.

Thanks for the support.
